In a wide-ranging series of events attended by many supporters from both Britain and Australia, memorials were installed in Westminster Abbey and Bath to the memory of the first Governor in Australia.

The current project of the Trust is to secure a bursary for continuing scholarships and grants to help British and Australian students further the ideals that Phillip and other pioneers of Australia held, and strengthen the values that are shared by the two nations.
