The last couple of years have been delightful days and we hope for similar weather this year. There is no charge but attendance is strictly to members of the Britain-Australia Society and their bona-fide guests.

You are encouraged to bring a picnic lunch – or join in on the Players’ Tea. For the latter there is a nominal charge of £6. Please let us know if you want tea.

Please contact the office for further information and to register your details. All names and car registrations must be provided on or before May 24th and photo-id must be taken with you. As you can understand this is one of the most secure cricket grounds in the country. Please be aware that the Metropolitan Police enforce a ‘no registration = no entry’ policy without exception.

Umpires and Scorers – If you’re able to help umpire for part of the day do please let us know. Umpires need to be dressed appropriately (shoes, shirt and long trousers)

Spectating Players – If you have room in your car/backpack you may like to bring your playing kit just in case (not to mention a picnic lunch)

Facilities – Normal cricket club facilities are available including a bar with snacks, etc. There are some very impressive photographs hanging on the walls of the clubhouse!

Players’ Tea – Spectators may take part in the Players’ Tea and the cost will be nominal (must be notified to the host club before the day). If you choose to join the players for tea the cash can be paid on the day so long as you have previously notified us. If you notify us then don’t turn up you will still be charged as we are obliged to pay the club for the numbers we provided.

Dogs/kangaroos – you’re permitted to bring your canine/marsupial companion but it must be kept under control and on lead at all times  – you do not want to have your furry friend interfering with the owner’s corgies, do you?
